Henceforth Green is growing across the Caribbean, and we currently have  open positions spanning engineering, sustainability consulting, LEED® certification, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and project management.

Positions are either Aruba-based or offered remotely on a freelance basis, with potential travel depending on the role.  

Our teams work directly with hospitality, retail, healthcare, corporate, project development, and government clients throughout the region — designing, certifying, and verifying building performance from early concept through years of operation.

We look for people who bring real technical depth to their discipline, hold themselves to a high documentation standard, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues alike. Excellent written and spoken English is required across every role; proficiency in Spanish, Dutch or Papiamento is a plus given our regional client base.

In return, we offer direct exposure to a broad and growing client base across the Caribbean, collaboration across HFG's engineering, BIM, LEED, and assessment teams, and support for continued education and professional development.
